PGAL was contracted in June 2025 for architectural and engineering design services for the renovation for $630,000. They determined the scope of work will be a new roof, updated MEP/IT systems, façade refresh, parking, fencing, lighting, and landscaping. About 10,000 sq ft will be conditioned office space; the rest will be warehouse/storage. The renovation is estimated at $8,700,000. Design and permitting are currently underway, with construction expected to begin in late 2026 and completion targeted for 2027. Final cost will run around $16 million.
