September 12, 2024 – P&Z Commission Will Be Busy!

1. Docket # SUP-2024-03 – A public hearing on an application filed by ChristChurch Presbyterian, in accordance with Chapter 24, Planning and Zoning, Article VI, Amendatory Procedure, Section 24-605, Application for Specific Use Permit, of the Code of Ordinances, of the City of Bellaire, Texas, to operate a two-story church and day care center, encompassing approximately 16,000 square feet, located at 4921 and 4925 Bellaire Boulevard. The property is located within the R-4 Residential District. 

2. Docket # SUP-2024-02 – Consideration, deliberation and possible action on an application filed by Episcopal High School, in accordance with Chapter 24, Planning and Zoning, Article VI, Amendatory Procedure, Section 24-605, Application for Specific Use Permit, of the Code of Ordinances, of the City of Bellaire, Texas, to amend S-71, to modify the footprint and location of the chapel, include two additional buildings on-site, increase the amount of artificial turf on-site, and to provide a connecting private driveway to loop 610 access road, located at Episcopal High School, 4650 Bissonnet Street. The property is located within the Loop 610 (L-610) Zoning District.
