From the Agenda: Ron Gailey, CEO of OnPointe Insights, will report to City Council regarding the results of the 2024 Citizen Satisfaction Survey. The survey was available to residents from January 9, 2024, through February 9, 2024. The results will be used to inform future decisions about the community’s needs, priorities, and concerns. A copy of the survey summary is attached for reference.
