Possible Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) include Cypress Ditch, water line and hydrant replacements, and improvements to streets, sidewalks, and buildings. More funds for the wastewater treatment plant, even after the $7.5 million paid to Siemens in 2018.
Other projects are listed for parks and the Library, equipment for Fire and Police Departments, and a lease for a Public Works facility. The City’s bonded debt stands at close to $100 million, and debt service costs will run about $9.6 million this year.
